Does your subtitle renderer not scale subs? Don't worry, just switch to the second track.

I'll repeat this once more: this is the "official" raw found on the site of the anime, the stream is in SD and so is this raw, which means that you are not going to find better raws until October. A higher quality release before the release of the DVDs/BDs would just be an upscale from 360p.

This file contains two sub tracks, one with the fonts used in Elysium's release of the Lucky Star OVA, and the other one with plain white eyeraping subs. Enjoy.
